It just brought so much reassurance to me, since I've kind of been having a stress attack about where my life is going, if/when I'm going to get a more permanent, full time job (don't get me wrong though, I'm so grateful that I have what I do, and that I'm not working at Costco like some of my classmates). Who knows if I'll end up getting a job. Who knows if I'll have to leave Edmonton. Who knows where the heck I will be even next month.
But what I do know is that it will all work out. President Hinckley said so. And I trust him.
Put Your Trust in God
By President Gordan B. Hinckley
It isn't as bad as you sometimes think it is.
It all works out. Don't worry.
I say that to myself every morning.
It will all work out.
Put your trust in God,
and move forward with faith
and confidence in the future.
The Lord will not forsake us.
He will not forsake us.
If we will put our trust in Him,
if we will pray to Him,
if we will live worthy of His blessings,
He will hear our prayers.
