Australia Life Lesson #1

And the adventure begins!  I've been in Australia for 5 days now and its been quite the adventure.  Mostly, I've come to one conclusion: I'm a horrible driver.  I've always thought that I was a decent driver, but Australia has taught me otherwise.  I can't even count how many times I've gone to get in the car on the left hand side, only to find no steering wheel when I opened the door.  And once I do get in the right side, I still reach over my left shoulder for my seatbelt, which isn't there.  Every time I want to signal, I end up turning on the wipers instead, and it still makes me nervous anytime I have to drive down a street where a car is coming the opposite direction.  And don't even get me started about traffic circles! (or turning lanes, or attempting to know where my GPS is trying to take me)  It's an adventure alright!  Here's hoping I survive another day without crashing!
